With the Hark Slack integration, you can setup alerts for specific channels in your Slack instance to promote customer feedback across your entire organization.  

How to set it up (this is a paid feature so anyone without access can reach out to the Hark team to upgrade): 

1. Go to the Hark platform, and go to the user icon in the top right hand corner, and click on User Preferences.

2. Click on “Integrations” where you will have access to “Slack Integration” if you are on the correct Hark plan. 

3. Click “Configure” to connect Hark to your Slack instance. 

4. Set up which Hark workflows, content badges, or media type (video, audio, text) you want to be alerted for, and which channels you want them to be sent to. You can also schedule the frequency of these alerts whether that's on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. 

Pro Tip: Create specific Hark channels for Marketing, Product, CX, or Leadership so everyone in your org knows exactly what the channel is for!
