Now you can add gifs, photos, or videos to any Hark workflows.  Why would I do this? Testing Hark Helpdesk Integration

Go to the Hark platform.  Go to Workflows Choose a workflow and click “Preview”  Go through the Hark workflow as if you are a customer and click “Submit”.
