Going Live with Hark
How to launch Hark on your contact page
- Before going live, we recommend testing the connection between Hark and your helpdesk and make sure all looks good with the integration. To send a few test Harks:
- Navigate to your Workflows, and select “Preview” on a workflow you want to test.
- Now go through the workflow as you would and hit “Submit”.
- Now check your helpdesk to see if the ticket came through okay, You just did your first Hark test! 🎉
- Navigate to your Workflows, and select “Preview” on a workflow you want to test.
- If you are on Shopify, here are the instructions to add Hark as a button on your contact page.
- To find your company's unique Client Id, navigate to the “Workflows” screen in your Hark dashboard. Find the URL, your client ID is the string of numbers after the last back slash (make sure you are on the main workflow page with ALL workflows, do not select one specific flow):

- If you are not on Shopify, you can add Hark to your website using Google Tag Manager. Here are the instructions for adding Hark through GTM.
