Hark Survey
How to setup a dynamic survey through Hark.
- Start building a new workflow how you normally would.
- Below the “Talk about it” section, you'll notice a “Survey option." Click this.
- This starts you off with a 1-10 score, but you can add more questions after this by hitting the “+ Add Survey Questions” button.

4. Adding a survey question is the same process as adding a custom field. Click “Create New” and choose from a text option, dropdown (select), NPS, and more.
5. Once you've add all the questions, allow customers to take a video or audio message as a final step to gather even more customer feedback and make the survey more dynamic.
6. Click save!
Pro Tip: Be sure to make sure these are not visible on your support page by toggling the option to send Harks to the helpdesk off, and toggling on the hidden workflow feature.
